Non Sleep Deep Rest (NSDR) is a rebranded version of Yoga Nidra that comes from the same tradition as Ayurveda. It was rebranded by Andrew Huberman along with the hypnotherapy light trance state. These practices offer slightly different ways to enter into a particular state of consciousness that is deeply relaxed. In this state of consciousness we can heal the body and mind, change unconscious habits and de-stress both physically and mentally.

DURING A SESSION you are guided into a deep state of relaxation where your body is resting as if in deep sleep while your mind is awake and aware.
