The Back to Balance Programme is for those who would like to turn their lives around with an Ayurvedic plan, with someone to guide them to put their plan into action, and help them to address stress issues and habit change.
I have learnt over the years that, on the whole, people don’t put their Ayurvedic plans into practice, which is a waste of their money.
Sometimes this is because it can feel like a lot of things to do, sometimes people pick the bits they like the look of, but that doesn’t allow them to really benefit from Ayurveda. There is also the challenge of developing new habits and letting go of old ones. And then, sometimes people are really stressed and they need someone alongside who can help them manage and reduce that stress, while helping them to keep going with the changes.
And that’s exactly what the Back to Balance Programme will do for you.
We’ll be combining Ayurveda for physical and mental health, with Solution Focused Hypnotherapy for habit change and Yoga Nidra for managing stress.
The Programme runs for 3 months and can be moved through with a group of friends if you need to keep the cost down.
