Michelle

Michelle had been on her sofa for 2 years hiding under a blanket, antidepressants took the edge of things but didn’t give her back the resilience she needed to get back out into the world. Job gone, friends gone, family gone. After a course of solution focused work and Ayurvedic plan which she followed every day, she found the resilience to start her business back up again, got back in touch with her family which involved managing challenging boundaries , her doctor had halved her antidepressants, and she’d starting reconnecting with friends. In her words “I moved forward in all areas of my life”. This happened gradually beginning after week 13, with trickles of changes from week 5. Michelle experienced success in this because she turned up and did what needed to be done, not just the bits she liked the sound of, but all of it.

Jamie

Jamie was young, in his 20’s suffering from high stress levels, struggling to get through a days work, and having panic attacks when out socialising. After 5 weeks of following his Ayurvedic plan the panic attacks subsided, he felt grounded, balanced, found himself enjoying socialising again and work felt possible. This success was due to his commitment to turn up and follow the plan.

Ella

Ella was in her words “all over the place” burnt out, joint pains, mood swings. She followed parts of the plan, felt  better for a few weeks but soon the symptoms returned. She dipped in and out of the plan choosing the parts she found easy or liked. She didn’t experience the turn around in her symptoms that was possible.
