I WEAVE TOGETHER Ayurveda to create a plan to support your physical and mental health; Non Sleep Deep Rest (NSDR) for managing stress and changing habits, with a solution-focused approach to coaching. I also offer Solution Focused Hypnotherapy as a stand alone service.

 

BACK TO BALANCE CONSULTATION

I offer a stand alone Back to Balance Consultation that includes a NSDR session and talks you through some of the basics of an Ayurvedic approach to nutrition and life. However to really apply the Ayurvedic approach you will need an Ayurvedic Consultation, which I offer as part of my Back to Balance programme.

 

BACK TO BALANCE PROGRAMME

I created the Back to Balance programme because I have witnessed time and time again that if you really want to create change in your life, you need to think in terms of committing to 12 weeks to kick start this.

I used to offer one off Ayurvedic Consultations with a plan, but discovered over time, that people rarely see these through and so don’t experience much change in their life in the long-run. This was always because of stress levels and the challenge of habit change.

That’s where the Back to Balance programme comes in. I will support you to address the stress levels, while drip-feeding the Ayurveda and supporting habit change. At the end of the 12 weeks I give you your Ayurvedic plan, which you will easily apply because we will have addressed stress, and started to embed new supportive habits. 

For some the results will be transformational at the end of the 12 weeks, for others they will need to keep following the plan; it all depends on whether you do the work and where you are on the health continuum when we begin.

 

WHAT YOU GET

The work I do with you is tailored and includes: NSDR plus a recording to use throughout; meal and exercise plans for your constitutional needs; weekly solution focused coaching sessions; learning how to live in balance with your body’s requirements and biological rhythms; a stress management plan; support to bring balance to your dopamine cycle to address addictions and energy levels. You’ll also learn how to incorporate an Ayurvedic cleanse into a yearly rhythm of preventative health care.

A typical session starts with a relaxed conversation where we chat about how you’re feeling, any challenges you’re facing, and what changes you’d like to make.

The next session will be an Ayurvedic consultation which looks at your unique needs, your health history, we’ll go over things like your diet, lifestyle, and mental well-being.

Subsequent sessions are typically a mix of Ayurvedic Coaching, NSDR with Solution Focused Coaching, and perhaps Solution Focused Hypnotherapy, depending on what is best for you.  We focus on reducing stress levels and support habit change to make the plan easy to do.

NSDR can reset the nervous system, heal trauma, support physical wellbeing, embed new habits at a subconscious level, and  support your vision of how you would like things to be. 

My work outside of the corporate world is both 1:1 and group work. Group work is for the 12 week programme for groups of friends who would like to keep the individual  cost down. 

 

CORPORATE WORK

I offer corporate wellness surgeries, and Back to Balance packages through Whole People where I am an Associate.
