I can work virtually and face to face, in an office setting, on nature away days/weekends, on retreats and even walking the camino!
My work can fit well with the work of others and I enjoy working as part of a team.
When you follow an Ayurvedic approach to wellbeing, you reconnect to nature’s natural rhythms, and bring the balance back to your mind and body. This is the basis for good physical and mental health.
I’m here to support you on a journey that will bring you back home to that balance, one simple step at a time. I focus on 7 areas to support anyone experiencing burnout, chronic stress, or chronic disease. All are interconnected and together they create the conditions from which wellbeing naturally arises.
I work with individuals, groups, organisations, and am open to supporting inner city community groups struggling financially, on a donation basis. If you’d like to know more, check out the rest of this website and get in touch!
1: Identify your individual constitution with its particular mind body balance, show you how to keep the balance of this, in balance.
2: Help you recognise when you’re shifting out of balance and which remedies to apply to address that.
3: Reset your circadian rhythms and show you how to live in balance with daily, seasonal and geographical changes.
4: Show you how to take care of the relationship between your digestion and your mental health— the gut brain axis.
5: Create easy nutritional plans to nourish your mind and support your constitutional needs.
6: Share Ayurvedic protocols to cultivate the qualities that lead to good mental health, proper nourishment of tissues and efficient elimination.
7: Share nutrition and lifestyle protocols to nourish cellular functions and ensure good sleep.
Along the way you’ll come to understand that the way you turn up in the world, how well you feel physically, emotionally and mentally; is dependant upon how the eco-system of your body and mind, is doing.
You are literally in charge of an incredible community of beings invisible to the human eye; knowing how to care for this community through your choices, is what Ayurveda is all about. In return, they take care of your health. Ayurveda teaches us to look after ourselves at a cellular level; everything else comes from that.
