It’s a holistic approach that recognises you need to also live in balance with your biological rhythms, and think about whether you are nourishing yourself through your senses as well.
When you live out of balance with your biological rhythms your body cannot metabolise properly, and if you are not nourishing yourself through your senses, the likelihood is that you will be stressed, and you cannot digest properly when you are in fear and flight. How your food is grown is also important.
