Each week, we connect in a one-on-one session tailored to your journey, and you’ll have my ongoing support between sessions via WhatsApp to keep you encouraged and on track.
Starting with an in-depth Ayurvedic consultation, we’ll craft a plan that fits your body and mind, including meal ideas, simple recipes, and lifestyle advice that complements your NSDR and coaching work.
You’ll learn how to rest deeply, reset your nervous system, and build resilience from the inside out, while gaining practical tools to shift habits, ease anxiety, and navigate stress with greater ease.
