My upcoming book, The Little Book of Ayurveda (Hachette, October 2025), shares the timeless wisdom of Ayurveda for women’s wellbeing. Inspired by this, I created The Nourished Woman’s Project—a 12-week, 1:1 journey that brings that wisdom to life.
